Our Evergreen Club provides a range of activities promoting physical, mental and economic well-being, and supports community involvement.
We support independence through practical assistance, prioritise wellbeing with personalised care, and offer culturally sensitive support that respects traditions and values.
We provide support with managing chronic health conditions, health awareness talks including cancer, diabetes, dementia and Covid advice and information.

Postcode Neighbourhood Trust is a grant giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery. Our organisation received £25000 from the Trust to provide culturally appropriate health and wellbeing support services which enable older members of the Chinese community to remain in independent living for as long as possible.
