Care Community Culture (CCC) is a collaboration between Chinese Wellbeing, Irish Community Care and Mary Seacole House. Together we have developed a partnership to achieve the maximum impact on the health and wellbeing of people from primarily, but not exclusively, Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities by utilising our collective resources.
Care Community Culture (CCC) is designed to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We provide assistance with a variety of everyday tasks, in addition to providing companionship and support to remain active within the community. We also provide assistance to carers who are seeking short respite from their responsibilities.
Is to collectively deliver high quality, culturally appropriate, community based services and to continue to provide creative and innovative solutions which meet the changing needs within the current care climate.
All CCC services are delivered by a dedicated and culturally diverse team of Personal Assistants. Our services include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Accompanying on social visits,
- outings and appointments
- Help with reading
- General housework
- Meal preparation and tidy away
- Help with washing and ironing
- Assistance with pet care
- Changing bed linen
- Supervise home maintenance
- Collect prescriptions
